We are seeking a Senior IT QA Analyst to join our team at Comtec Consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess Agile certification and demonstrate the ability to facilitate workshops aimed at gathering requirements, as well as developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining detailed records.


Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance.
• At least 5 years of experience in Test Case Development and Execution within software testing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies, requirements management, quality assurance, and IT processes.
• Proven experience in updating the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure comprehensive testing of all requirements.
• Experience in the electric utilities sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM/billing/accounting platforms is a plus.
• Ability to create daily status reports that reflect testing progress and defect resolution.
• Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
