As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care provided within our healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of clinical processes and patient care outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care, collaborating with clinical staff to develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics for leadership review, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; certification in quality management preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance or improvement in a healthcare setting, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff.
