Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial management activities, including the preparation and execution of funding documentation.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews, maintain documentation, oversee budget reports, and analyze accounting transactions.
  • Monitor financial balances, engage with government representatives and contractors, and implement actions to manage fund deobligation.
  • Provide reconciliation assistance by tracking financial data and ensuring consistency across various systems.
  • Evaluate funding execution and recommend strategies to align financial performance with established benchmarks.
  • Leverage financial data to discern trends in program execution.
  • Deliver administrative financial support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
  • Education: High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years in financial management, with at least 5 years in support of the DoD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in support of the DoD.
  • Experience with Joint Program Office (JPO) and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary between $85,000 and $100,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
