Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Mechanical Inspectors and CMM Programmers within the mechanical inspection laboratory
  • Guarantee adherence to quality protocols and documentation
  • Facilitate training on quality standards and procedures
  • Supervise operations to uphold quality benchmarks
  • Detect and resolve quality-related challenges and opportunities for enhancement
  • Continuously refine quality systems through evaluations and corrective measures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Experience with quality management systems, CMMs, and mechanical inspection instruments
  • Familiarity with quality principles and standard inspection methodologies
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
