We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori educator to lead our toddler program at Evergreen Academy. As a Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a prepared environment that fosters student-led learning and freedom with responsibility.

About the Role

This is a full-time, year-round position that requires a minimum of a high school diploma and Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree. Previous Montessori teaching experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
