We're seeking a dedicated and flexible Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms. As a Substitute Teacher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our students receive a high-quality education, even on short notice.

This is an on-call position where we'll reach out to you as needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are absent. Our campuses serve children from birth to 6 years old, and you'll have the opportunity to work at our Kent, Celebration Park, or Lynnwood campuses.

The Substitute Teacher role is an excellent way to gain experience and get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes have transitioned into full-time Assistant or Lead Teachers with us when new openings became available.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • Preferred if you have ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6
