Job Description

CATHEXIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Military Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for various defense programs, including the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the issuance publication process for the Professional Development Office (PDO)
  • Provide administrative support for the SecDef Executive Fellows (SDEF) program, including maintaining contact rosters and arranging for Pentagon building access
  • Support the SecDef Strategic Thinkers Program (STP), including preparing board convening orders and coordinating staff leadership and external guest speakers
  • Provide administrative support for Legislative Fellowships, Fellowships, Scholarships, Internships, Training With Industry, and Grants
Qualifications
  • Must be a United States citizen with an active security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant professional work experience
  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense (OUSD preferred)
  • Experience with standard MS Office suite products to include Excel and Pivot tables
Skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional typing, administrative, and coordination skills
  • Ability to prepare executive-level correspondence and interact with senior Executive level leaders
  • Familiarity with the Pentagon/military Services and/or OSD; possess verbal and writing skills
