In this challenging position, you will work closely with our customer at the Pentagon to deliver high-quality resourcing analysis. Our team has been recognized for outstanding contributions to the contract and program, and we're looking for someone who can make a meaningful impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Programming and Budgeting Section Head, Deputy Section Head, and Requirements Officers in analyzing and developing balanced annual budgets for the Director, Air Warfare.
  • Provide detailed PBIS data pulls and analysis of POM development and PPBE processes.
  • Offer expert knowledge of N98 historical decisions across all appropriations and multiple budget cycles.
  • Analyze Naval Aviation force structure matters and financing capabilities to support investment strategies.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth analysis of operational and fiscal risk and requirements necessary to support limited funding across the entire Naval Aviation portfolio.

**Qualifications:**

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience consulting directly with military customers.
  • Knowledge of PPBE process and PBIS.
