Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. Your primary focus will be on addressing mental health issues across the lifespan, from neonatal to geriatrics.
You will conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy, care management, and consultation services within the healthcare system. Additionally, you will engage in health promotion activities, such as in-service training, public speaking, and attending health fairs.
Your expertise will include clinical counseling skills, assessment, treatment, and care of specific populations, such as neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and developmentally disabled individuals. You will also collaborate with physicians to provide continuing care services, including follow-up visits after initial treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Mastery's Degree
- Minimum of two years or 3,000 hours of post-masters experience in a supervised clinical setting
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure
