Job Summary

The Financial Integrity Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of our billing processes and identifying areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain charge master and pricing integrity
  • Negotiate payer contracts to ensure optimal reimbursement rates
  • Analyze price transparency reports to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare monthly cost report estimates and contractual reviews
  • Assist with cost report completion to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a critical access setting or CAH consulting position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in MEDITECH software

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
