Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with room assignments, key distribution, and other front desk duties
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
