Job Summary

We are seeking Caregiver / Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and engage in their favorite hobbies.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
