Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Financial Operations Lead:

  • Ensures the accurate interpretation and application of institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with vendor representatives, procurement, and various internal teams to ensure timely invoice payments.
  • Evaluates purchasing agreements for consulting services, software applications, and hardware with both internal stakeholders and external partners to address discrepancies, errors, and budget inconsistencies.
  • Develops and/or verifies assumptions, intricate calculations, schedules, and other documentation essential for formulating annual capital and operational budgets.

Qualifications for the Healthcare Financial Operations Lead:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare finance sector.
  • A background in healthcare finance is highly desirable.
  • Proficient analytical skills with experience in utilizing PowerBI.

Compensation for the Healthcare Financial Operations Lead:

  • Salary range of $110,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid time off, and holidays.
