About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the prestigious Colleton River Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and store all dishes, pots, and cooking equipment to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen hallway, stairs, elevator, compartment, and walk-in cooler floors.
  • Ensure the order and organization of wares on shelves and in storage areas are maintained.
  • Maintain the loading dock and refuse area to be neat, clean, and safe at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of sinks, kitchen walls, garbage receptacles, and under-equipment floors.
  • Check and maintain all chemical levels to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
Working Conditions

The kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you must be able to work effectively in a team setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a heat-sensitive environment.
