Mental Health Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at UCP of Maine. As a clinician, you will work closely with caregivers and youth to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to help clients manage mental health symptoms and improve functioning in their homes, schools, and communities.
- Collaborate with caregivers to provide support and resources necessary for safe and predictable home environments.
- Assist families in developing improved patterns of interaction to reduce strain on relationships and build on family strengths.
This is a full-time role with an estimated annual salary range of $56,375 - $62,000 based on experience. Incentive pay may be available to those who qualify.
The ideal candidate will have a valid State of Maine driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of registration and insurance. A resident of the state of Maine is required, and conditionally licensed candidates must be able to attend in-person supervision.
