**Job Overview**

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $66,625 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with children and adults to assess their mental health needs, provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions. You will also be responsible for care coordination, consultation, and education to help resolve mental health issues and improve functioning and quality of life.

 

**Responsibilities**

As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and consultation.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on mental health topics and strategies for improvement.

 

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
