What We Seek:
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams of 2 or more salaried employees and over 40 indirect staff.
- A minimum of 7 years in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on rotating shifts.
- Capability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a community college or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
