Key Responsibilities:- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
- Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
