Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and engaging individual to join our team as a Procurement Receiver. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage Departments and other areas of the resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive deliveries from vendors, ensuring the accuracy of products received.
  • Unpack and organize products in the warehouse, storing them in designated areas.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices for incoming shipments and gather invoices from various outlets.
  • Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely during the receiving process.
  • Ensure all items are stored correctly on shelves.
  • Support the Distribution Center by answering inquiries and assisting departmental managers.
  • Report safety hazards and suspicious activities to security personnel.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety and emergency procedures and your role in these situations.
  • Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
Compensation

The compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
