Job Overview

Gryphon Oakwood seeks an experienced Senior Automation Manager to lead the efforts for the company's electrical infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and power distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing electrical infrastructure performance.
  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of electrical projects, including project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team and other departments, staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in electrical system management, automation, and technical knowledge.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
