Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of EMP's elastic scaling, Kubernetes integration, and cost optimization features.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Platform9 Account Executives to support the sales cycle and articulate EMP's value in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Solution Design: Design and present complex solutions involving EMP, focusing on scaling, automation, and cost management.
  • Sales Support: Assist in proposal creation, pricing strategies, and respond to RFPs with a focus on EMP.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Provide feedback to Product Management and R&D, shaping EMP's development based on market needs.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Lead software evaluations and POCs, demonstrating EMP's capabilities to drive sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in AWS EKS
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud watch
  • Expertise in Karpenter
  • Expertise with elastic scaling and automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and its integration with scaling solutions.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and data management.
  • Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Run Hands On Labs
  • Qualify technical requirements required by prospect
  • Proven track record on becoming a trusted technical advisor to prospects
  • Prefer experience with Demo-To-Win/Tell-Show-Tell methodology
  • Minimum of 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
