Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist with a robust background in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance, particularly in executing testing activities for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Automation Skills: Proven experience in Quality Engineering automation, specifically utilizing Selenium or comparable tools.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to effectively conduct End-to-End regression testing.
  • Collaboration: Engage in requirement discussions and design sessions, providing valuable insights from a Quality Management perspective.
  • Documentation: Responsible for the creation and upkeep of Quality Management deliverables, including test plans, test data, and automation test suites.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering teams on unit and integration testing efforts.
  • Testing Participation: Involved in the execution of functional, integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End testing.
  • Defect Management: Participate in the defect management process, including root cause analysis in pre-production and production environments.
  • Best Practices: Implement best testing practices throughout all phases of the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Automation Scripting: Strong proficiency in creating, debugging, and enhancing automated testing scripts.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to dissect complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Outstanding organizational, documentation, and communication skills; capable of articulating system issues clearly and fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: A proven track record of identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving their implementation.
