Role Summary: As a Tax Staff Accountant, you will work closely with the tax team to understand the nuances of preparing financial statements, conducting compilations and reviews, and managing federal and state income tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct compilations and reviews.
  • Learn and support the preparation of federal and state income tax returns.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
  • 0-2 years of relevant public accounting experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
