Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support the US Department of State Bureau of Medical Services Directorate of Operational Medicine in Washington, DC. This role will provide full lifecycle support for all deployed systems and applications on multiple networks and cloud environments.

About the Role
  • Implement information security protections commensurate with risk of potential harm from unauthorized access of information systems
  • Provide excellent customer support for internal and external customers and final resolution for datacenter related matters
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
  • Develop requirements for system improvements in server administration and lifecycle management of systems and applications
Responsibilities

This is a full-time position that requires at least 3 years of professional experience providing IT support. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in hardware and software and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Internet Technology or Computer Science
  • Minimum Secret Security Clearance with ability to attain Top-Secret clearance
Benefits
