Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomanufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management, validation, engineering, quality/compliance, and consulting services, you will support our partners across the life science space in finding ground-breaking treatments and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Produce key project controls deliverables, including budget estimates, detailed project schedules and milestones, feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis, project cost reports and trend analysis, and comprehensive monthly project summary reports.
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making.
  • Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.
  • Update internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.
  • Systems savvy, including Microsoft Excel; Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project a plus.
  • Full-time on-site client presence.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
  • Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000 USD per year, depending on experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and disability benefits.
