Financial Transaction Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team in the Woodmere, NY area.

This is a direct hire position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable with multiple entities and a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process financial transactions, including invoices and vendor correspondence.
  • Investigate and resolve payment processing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sister companies to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain accurate financial records and documents.
  • Assist with month-end reports and audit selections.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with multiple entities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAGE or MS Dynamics.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Compensation: $65,000 per year.
