Providence RN Emergency Services Fellowship

Are you an RN looking to transition to a new specialty? Providence is seeking a talented RN to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital.

About the Role

This is a full-time, variable shift position that offers a guided transition into the Emergency Services specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Services department
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty
