Unlock Your Nursing Potential

Providence is seeking a dedicated RN Fellow to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive curriculum designed to support your transition into your new specialty
  • Work alongside experienced preceptors to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) certifications (ACLS and PALS) within 6 months of hire
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty
