Unlock Your Nursing Potential

Providence is seeking a dedicated RN Fellow to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As an RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in emergency services
  • Work closely with experienced preceptors to gain hands-on experience and build your confidence
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty
