Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert analysis and recommendations to support informed lending decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts, loan officers, and risk management teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client capital and credit risk, providing accurate and timely recommendations to support lending decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience or interest in production ag and agribusiness lending.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
