What You'll Be Doing:
- Review business processes and identify opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency.
- Document detailed business and functional requirements, including user stories and process maps.
- Develop solutions and create design specifications for new products and product enhancements.
- Work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and identify operational, financial, and technological risks.
- Document capabilities needed to address business challenges.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Experience: 10+ years of IT Business Analyst experience. P&C Insurance experience highly preferred.
- Duck Creek Software experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical Know-How: Expertise in system analysis, data flow mapping, and understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Analytical Mindset: You think in flows, logic, and processes. You're obsessed with finding efficient solutions.
- Collaboration Skills: You're a master at working with both tech teams and business stakeholders, and you speak both languages fluently.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and a love for learning the latest in IT trends.
