Employee Referral Bonuses Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal hygiene assistance to elderly patients or those recuperating from medical procedures, ensuring their basic needs are met, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Administering prescribed medications and assisting clients with mobility.
  • Supporting clients in their daily activities, including outings for medical appointments or leisure.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and personal care routines, as well as aiding in physical therapy exercises.
  • Completing shopping tasks or accompanying clients to facilitate their errands.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and reporting any unusual occurrences.
  • Responding promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Engaging clients in essential daily living activities, including meal assistance.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for working in a one-on-one environment, with a desire to learn and enhance skills.
  • Physical capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform job-related tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated ability to act compassionately and supportively.
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (minimum of 1 year).
  • Willingness to uphold health and safety standards.
  • A supportive and compassionate demeanor.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA, or completion of a CNA program.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience with Hoyer Lift (specific to client needs).
