Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, and mobility.
- Administer treatments, conduct tests, execute procedures, and gather specimens as directed.
- Document and report observations and outcomes of care, treatments, and tests as necessary.
- Safely transfer and transport residents as required.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program is required. Previous experience in geriatric care is preferred. Registration with the Illinois State registry is mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of English for effective communication and instruction following, along with basic arithmetic skills. Ability to accurately document care provided.
