  • Support visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with replenishment activities, locate fulfillment, and other operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient store experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
