About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Reference Point. As a key member of our Technology & Digital practice, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest global banks and financial services companies in the world, providing end-to-end strategy, management, and technology solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Agile Frameworks: Utilize Agile methodologies, tools, and Scrum practices to drive implementation engagements and digital transformation programs.
  • Drive Engagements: Manage project teams, conduct Agile maturity assessments, and design implementation plans and transformation roadmaps using scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate Program/Project Status Updates: Coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure collaboration and communication across large programs and global teams.
  • Present Engagement Findings: Develop and present compelling presentations, storylines, and deliverables to senior client executives and key stakeholders.
  • Coach and Train Junior Resources: Mentor and develop more junior resources, performing quality reviews of their work products.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of prior consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm or within the Financial Services industry.
  • Expertise: Emerging expertise within Financial Services, specifically within one or more of Reference Point's industry focus areas.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent verbal presentation, written, and visual display skills, and experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in a strong technical and analytical discipline, such as systems and information engineering, industrial engineering, operations research, mathematics, computer science, or another related field.
