Job Opportunity:

The Town of Mashpee is seeking a part-time Board Secretary to provide administrative support to various town boards and committees.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meeting notices, attending meetings, taking notes, recording proceedings, and preparing meeting minutes. They will also be responsible for filing approved minutes with the Town Clerk.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of office experience, and knowledge of Open Meeting Law and Public Records Law. They must also possess a valid MA driver's license and be able to pass a C.O.R.I. background check.
