We are seeking a skilled Electronics Development Specialist to join our team at AAPPTEC LLC in Louisville, Kentucky.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong problem-solving skills and experience with electrical engineering or related fields.

As an Electronics Development Specialist, you will design, build, and service high-quality customized laboratory equipment, including automated peptide synthesizers. Your work will involve troubleshooting, traveling up to 30% nationally and internationally, and adhering to all quality and safety codes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test advanced laboratory equipment
  • Provide expert service in the field, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • A bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field
What We Offer

AAPPTEC LLC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
