We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at FCS, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated LMFT to provide community mental health services to individuals of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in community mental health or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
