About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to patients in a community mental health setting.

Job Summary

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in psychological assessment and direct treatment by individual, family, and group psychotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, writing treatment plans, and collaborating with guardians to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using clinical interviews and presenting information.
  • Formulate accurate diagnoses based on established standards.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with guardians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior psychologists, interns, and graduate students.
  • Conduct forensic evaluations and provide expert witness testimony as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with current clinical standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program.
  • Eligibility for licensure or current licensure as a Licensed Practicing Psychologist from the N.C. State Board of Examiners of Practicing Psychologists.
  • BLS certification per policy guidelines.

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience.
