About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer service
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are meeting our high standards
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing
  • Conduct inventory and stockroom management
  • Process customer transactions and handle customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
