Job Summary:
Frontier Management LLC is seeking an exceptional Caregiver to join our team at one of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
- Notify the Resident Care Coordinator or Executive Director of any changes in a resident's condition.
- Assist with meal service, including setup, taking orders, serving, and busing tables.
- Participate in activities and events, and assist with transportation to scheduled appointments.
- Take accurate vital signs and weights, and report any changes to the Medication Aide or Resident Care Coordinator.
- Assist with lifting requirements up to 40 pounds, and maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management staff.
Requirements:
- High school graduate preferred.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population, with previous experience preferred but not necessary.
- Attend and participate in scheduled mandatory in-services and meetings.
- Receive and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
