  • Greet guests within 2 minutes and adhere to our Service Execution Steps.
  • Clear tables throughout the dining experience, maintaining cleanliness and proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks, and service.
  • Present bills, accept payments, operate the POS system, and uphold strict cash handling procedures.
  • Respond to guest complaints.
  • Verify the age of guests purchasing alcohol.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18+ years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of principles for dealing directly with the public.
  • Ability to handle cash, give change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shift.
  • Physical demands include standing and walking during an 8-hour shift, reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, and carrying supplies.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
