About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing Department in Maitland, Florida. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the successful development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration with internal staff, corporate partners, consultants, and vendors.
  • Apply expertise and best practices in proposal management to ensure timely delivery of proposal submissions that meet solicitation requirements.
  • Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents to identify requirements and develop proposal schedules, outlines, and development plans.
  • Work with the proposal team and Capture Manager to determine author assignments, integrate win strategies, themes, and discriminators into proposals, and provide insight and leadership to authors on all proposal content.
  • Take ownership of proposal quality through rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents, and prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls.
  • Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions, ensuring high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
  • Coordinate and support the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging of proposal submissions and responses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 years marketing or proposal development experience in a professional services firm.
  • Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections, including information research and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • APMP Certification - Preferred.
