As the Senior Bathroom Renovation Specialist, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and your team to effectively and safely execute bathroom renovation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete demolition of tub and shower areas.
- Install new tub/shower bases and acrylic wall/tub systems, along with vanity setups, general construction, and trim work.
- Ensure the client's home is left in a clean and safe condition.
- Receive and manage materials at the warehouse.
- Transport materials to job sites.
- Dispose of demolition debris appropriately.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items.
- Experience in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or other trades requiring precision and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Traits:
- Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to ensure timely project completion.
- A desire to learn innovative techniques that enhance the value of our renovations and improve efficiency.
- Creativity and a preference for unconventional approaches to tasks.
