Licensed Practical Nurse

At Life Care, we're committed to providing exceptional senior care and hospitality services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring their health.
- Delegate and supervise the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
- Identify and respond to resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Health Services to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license valid in the state of employment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be available for emergencies and provide on-call support.
