Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinical nutrition program, including developing service levels and evaluating patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise a team of entry-level and experienced dietitians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Advocate for the role of Clinical Nutrition, promoting its importance and value to the facility.
  • Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program, ensuring high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform management functions, including direct supervision of hourly associates and employee development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
  • Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification, with registration within 120 days of hire.
  • At least 13 months of experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results.
  • 3 years of experience as an experienced practitioner, able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners.
