Physician Center Medical Director

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Center Medical Director to join our team in Reading, PA. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the center team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Concentra's clinical model.
- Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, payers, and local communities to drive market growth and improve patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Current unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
- Unrestricted DEA license in Pennsylvania.
- DOT/FMCSA certification (or willingness to obtain during the credentialing process).
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
