Job Summary

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external theft
  • Partner with store leadership to develop and execute effective Store Shrink Plans
  • Prepare thorough and accurate reports on all theft incidents and merchandise recoveries
  • Testify in court as needed to support the company's interests
  • Enhance store LP awareness through training and education
  • Support multiple store locations as needed
  • Investigate internal theft using various resources and tools
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for extended periods
  • Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as needed
