About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Sherwin-Williams products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
