Job Summary

As a key member of our business office, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and staff, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business office support to the Oncology Department, working closely with the Clinic Manager to conduct daily operations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Process patient registration, insurance verification, and billing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • One year of clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
